Sports Performance Mission
DLT Academy Sports Performance designs and implements year-round and sport-specific training programs for full-time student-athletes. Each training program is designed to enhance all aspects of general athleticism from speed, agility, total body strength, explosiveness, work capacity/conditioning, mental programming, proper rest & recovery methods, and injury prevention.
Our Facilities
With two full courts for trainings daily, a shooting lab, two weight rooms, mentorship classes, theory room and audio/visual center for video analysis, DSBC partners with DLT who has a one of a kind training facility that gives it players unique access for continued development throughout the year.

Bastien is in his first year as the Director of Sports Performance at DlangTraining Academy.
Joining DLT with a load of elite knowledge to help athletes reach their maximum potential.
He graduated with his masters degree in Science in Sports, with a Specialization in Elite Sports

Bastien had his thesis published in the journal SPORTS.
Title of the mastere thesis. Kinematic and Kinetic Characteristics of Repetitive Countermovement Jumps with Accentuated Eccentric Loading.
He speaks 4 languages allowing him to communicate Nationally to all members.

Bastien joins DLT after a 4 year stint as a proffesional athlete for Boncourt Basketball Club (1st Division) in the Swiss National Basketball League.
Three years as Senior Head Coach for 3rd Division team in Boncourt.
One full year as a pro player at Villars Basket (2nd Division)

Bastien was a military program planner, implementing sport sessions for military members. Monitoring and Carrying out fitness programs.
He is a forward thinker with skills that keep the best teams in order. Organized planner with leadership skills that caters to the elite.
